When a patient comes in, the course of treatment depends on the current state of their oral health. Our priority is always to preserve natural teeth whenever possible. If the teeth cannot be saved, we will proceed with extractions and, in many cases, place implants on the same day.
These implants will support a temporary denture or a temporary roundhouse restoration, allowing the patient to leave the procedure with functional teeth. This temporary solution provides immediate aesthetics and functionality during the healing period. Once the bone has healed and stabilized, a permanent restoration is created. The final prosthesis is designed to be more esthetically pleasing and fully functional, ensuring long-term comfort and confidence. This streamlined approach minimizes downtime and delivers a seamless transition to a restored smile.
